Default The New W/D UW Solo (Normal Mode)

Hey guys.

Just wanna post my new UW build Its capable of doing 15 minute runs and its very safe

Equipment:
Elemental Axe of Enchanting (18%+)
Strength Shield with +45 HP -2 damage while enchanted.
Radiant Armor

Attributes:
Axe Mastery: 13 (9+1+3)
Strength: 12 (11+1)
Wind Prayers: 8
Earth Prayers: 8

Skills:
Cyclone Axe
Whirlwind Attack
Triple Chop
Bonetti's Defense
Dolyak Signet
Rending Aura
Mystic Regeneration
Enraging Charge

Tactics: Well basicly take quest and lure grasps with enragng, wait for the interupts to go out then start using your attacks (keep dolyak up at all times), when using your attacks make sure you come out of bonettis to use them to reduce interupt chances.

Then run to the smites.

When your at the smites just lure a mob and throw up dolyak, rending aura and mystic regen, throw in triple chop and use bonettis to get some energy, from now on just maintain your enchants, spam your attacks, and use bonettis for energy.

well u cant really call any build that uses enchantments in uw safe cus if a nightmare spwan and u lag your dead but outher that that part i dont c any thing wrong with the build its just not as safe as w/rt vwk build its capable of 15 min runs and i can take 3-4 groups of smites down np now

Not really true. Cos even without your enchants up and just dolyak up you take little enough damage to kill the nightmare and then throw your enchants up with plenty of HP to spare

Well, if you try actually try this build, you'll see that Nightmares are not a problem with this build

well if you lag you cant heal and tank either.
Does the build handle groups of 8+ smite crawlers?

With the 5 second recharge on Mystic Regen, I THINK you MIGHT just be able to survive if a nightmare pops up. But I'm not sure......

Just thinking if you replace triple chop with echo you could use whirlwind over and over :O

If a nightmare pops its not hard to survive. As mobs dont now scatter in normal mode theres no need to be standing in a corner. So all you gotta do is get close to the nightmare and hit triple chop. Anyways with dolyak up you barely take any damage from the smites.

Meh, looking at it i still prefer the old version. Victorious Sweep is much more secure as far as healing goes and it means if you do hit SoJ a couple of times you don't completely screw yourself over.

And yes... while Nightmares do absolutely naff all to W/D builds it definatly effects this 1 more since you lose all healing.

cool, so that's why i remembered your name from

btw, i presume you have a zealous axe to keep your energy up? also, (haven't tried it yet) is mystic regen alone (+6 regen) enough to keep your health up?
